Yesterday we took a road trip to Stillwater. For those that don't know Holly had a total knee replacement on Thursday. She was so happy to see us. Never dreamed we would come to see her. She was in a lot of pain and looked really tired.
Jake and the girls came a little after 3:oo. Graice was so sweet. She climbed in bed with mom. Holly is to be released this afternoon if every thing went ok last night.
When we got to the hospiyal and was walking down the hall there was this lady with the cutest little dog . She looked like a little bity collie. She comes to the hospital to visit patients. Her name is Gracie, Black & white. If you could get her to lay on her belly you could use her as a dust mop. She was a little round fuzz ball.
After we got done visiting we went to Randy & Michelle's. The kids were home from school so had a visit with them. Saw Alex's prom dress. It is beautiful. Red. Michelle fixed the best supper ever. Then we came home.
By the way Gramps stayed awake all the way there and all the way home. He did take a nap at Randy's.

Well, sounds like you had a nice little road trip. That's really neat that you guys went to visit Holly. I bet she really appreciated having you there to support her and wish her well. Way to go Gramps for staying awake! That's an accomplishment!! Thanks for the blog update, Gran!
Nice of you to visit Holly, wish I could have joined you. I called Holly today, she's still having pain but it's getting better every day.
