My dryer has been torn apart for a week now. One of the thermostats wore out. The handyman has one ordered and it is to come in today. In the meantime the fabulous Charter cable jacked our cable bill from $125.00 up to $186 in one month. We talked to them about it and dropped the movie channels. They said we would have to disconect the black box and bring it in. Well the handyman disconected the box and now we can't use the remote to turn the channels. To shut the TV off it has to be unpluged from the wall. If we want to change channels we have to go to the TV and change by pressing the button on the side of the TV. Now I leave you with this question. HOW CONVENIENT IS THAT???????

Are you using the remote that came with the box? You need to use the remote that you got with the TV now. Do you have that still?
