Boy did that puppy sneak up on us fast. Our electricty was out for over an hour. I shut down the puterso it wouldn't blow up. What would I do without my puter??? After the storm left the neighborhood I couldn;t believe I was worried about the puterwhen I was sitting in my lift chair. Here I could have been fried to a chrisp. The lightening was straight up and down. It would crack like mad. The lightening could have traveled thro the power lines and followed the chair cord and fried me. I will neva sit in that chair again when it is storming. That was just too close. I sat here in the dark, couldn't read, no tv. Wait a minute it was real nice. The peace and quiet. Now by the radar it looks like we are in for it again this morning. I will not be sitting in that chair. We have a very anoying bug somewhere on the deck. It sounds like a sick frog. I think it is one of them Kayadids. (parden the spelling) Helen had one once and she said it was a tree frog that jumped on a truck and hitched a ride up from the south. I kept telling her what it was, but she insisted it was a tree frog. Then one day she found it hanging on the side of the garage. It was what I kept telling her it was. I can't believe it's been two years already that Gerald & Helen were killed. Jodi & family thank you for the card. That was very nice of you. Racked up some points. Later gator |
