sorry i havn't written sooner. i have nothing exciting to write about.
i took gramps out and bought him his christmas present the other day. we went down by the iowa border to a place called the trading post. they have so much crap in there you can hardly walk. a great fire hazard. 75 miles down and 75 miles back. dose anyone think he is worth over $500.00 dollars????? now he keeps bugging me that i should get him a little of something so he will have a gift to open. i told him i would not waste anymore of my hard earned social sercurity money. i told him it is hard work sitting here every day waiting for the check to go to the bank.
our grandson Gavin has been with us since thurs. night. his folks took of and left him home. they went on vacation with their other son. they went to chicago. they stayed in a plush hotel and left gavin home.
gramps and gavin went touring yesterday . on the way home they were right behind a pickup (like ours) and seen the driver fall asleep. the truck veered off the road,took a nose dive, fliped end for end and came to a stop. the guy told gramps he fell asleep. there were so many people there that gavin & gramps left after they checked to see if he was hurt bad. they met the anbulance on the way home. gavin was pretty shook over the sight of the accident.
ginger really likes gavin. she followed him around. if he left the room she went looking for him. he scratched her belly. she liked that.
gavin has a traveling basketball game in the cities today. we have to have him at his friends house by 9:00 to catch a ride.
well i'm out of news so will close for now. this is the most exciting blog i've had to right.
